As a thank you to those who trust Yong with their property journey, we’re offering a chance to win $100,000 in cash. One lucky client will be drawn live at our 2025 Christmas Party—and will walk away with one of the biggest client giveaways in Australian real estate history.

Here’s How to Enter:

To be eligible, you must:

• Sell a property with Yong Real Estate (3 entries per property)

• Buy a property through Yong Real Estate (1 entry per property)

• Have a property managed by Yong as of 18 December 2025 (1 entry per property)

If you do more than one of the above, you receive multiple entries. If you’re a project developer, you receive 3 entries per project, not per unit.

The winner will be randomly drawn by Yong founder Dr. Peter Huang, under media supervision for full transparency. If the winner isn’t present, they’ll be called on the spot via livestream.
