The $100k cash giveaway prize draw will be conducted every year following 5 cars given away by Yong in the past. For this year it will be on Friday, 19 Dec 2025 at Yong's Christmas party, 6pm at Calamvale Hotel for Yong clients who sold, bought or managed a property or properties by Yong in 2025 to celebrate Yong's 30th anniversary, the only agency in the area that has never, ever closed down, changed brand name or ownership since 1995. Each seller is entitled to 3 entries, each buyer is entitled to 1 entry, and each property managed by Yong is entitled to 1 entry.

1. Promotion Overview
To celebrate Yong Real Estate’s 30th anniversary in 2025, and as part of our ongoing commitment to reward our valued clients more by Yong & charity by Yong Foundation, Yong Real Estate is reintroducing our industry-leading giveaways. One lucky winner will receive $100,000 in cash, to be drawn annually at our Christmas celebration.

2. Eligibility
The $100K Cash Giveaway is open to clients who complete eligible property transactions with Yong Real Estate owned & franchised (between 19 December 2024 and 18 December 2025).
Eligible participants include:

• Vendors whose property sale has successfully settled during the above period (3 entries per property). If it is a Project, each Project is treated as a property.
• Buyers who purchase and settle a property through Yong Real Estate during the above period (1 entry per property).
• Landlords who engage Yong Real Estate for property management as of 18 December 2025 (1 entry per property).

3. Giveaway Draw Details

• The winner will be randomly selected at the Yong Real Estate Christmas Party, held on the last Friday before Christmas, at The Skyline Function Room at the Calamvale Hotel, at 6pm on Friday the 19 December 2025.
• The draw will be conducted by a Yong founder, Peter Huang and will be supervised by media representatives to ensure transparency and fairness.

4. Entry Allocation

• Entries are automatically allocated upon successful settlement of a sale or upon contracting a property management agreement prior to the drawing.
• Multiple entries are permitted if the participant qualifies through more than one transaction, except the project developer who is only qualifying for 3 entries as an owner.
• Each qualifying transaction is only eligible for entry once, no matter how many partners in it. (They can share equally)

5. Prize Details

• One cash prize of $100,000 AUD will be awarded to the winner.
• The prize is not transferable, non-exchangeable, and will be provided in the form of a bank transfer or cheque.

6. Notification

• The winner will be announced live at the Christmas Party event and will be contacted directly by Yong founder Peter Huang by phone on the spot if not present, through the live stream by Facebook.

7. General Conditions

• All transactions must be fully settled, and all agreements must be legally binding by 18 December 2025 to qualify.
• Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The decision of Yong Real Estate regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding.

8. Fair & Transparency

• This will be live draw & will be live stream through Facebook. The winner’s full name will be announced to the public.
