How to make a guaranteed $200,000 net for you (not for the office) by selling only $10 million worth of real estate with YONG?

P.S. The above commission is based on the "Full Fee B" of $3,390 per month and the Average Sales price of $350,000 each property in Queensland on standard government commission without taking into consideration transaction fees which start from 25 full transactions per year. There are lots of people doing $10-$40 million per year without a personal assistant. Bob Wolff did $100+ million in sales in 2000. Bob Bohlen and his assistants sold an average of 400-800 properties per year earning $3m - $5m plus per year and was still planning to sell more than 1500 properties per year and actually achieved a gross income of $12.5 million in year 2000 in a small town of USA with a few thousand households in their primary area. The top agent Leila MacDonald, from the largest real estate company in Auckland, Barfoot and Thompson (55 company owned offices with around 900 sales associates of 54 nationalities in 2003) sold 62 up market properties worth $121.5 million in 2003 (average $1.96 million per property).
