I would like to thank you for the opportunity in being able to read your book "The Australian Dram and $1 Properties".

It was given to me by my wife as I had said "I have nothing to read". I found after a few pages that it was one of those "can't put down" books, it took me three days to read sometimes until three in the morning.

I must congratulate you on one of the most inspiring books I have ever read, to such an extent that you have changed my complete vision in real estate.

My concept in achieving wealth was to be conservative, have money in the bank, own your own home and live happily ever after with a reasonable superannuation to retire on.

My, what an education reading your book was, your initial negative cash flow, your ability not only to survive but to prosper.

I only wish I had read your book 19 years ago but while you were arriving in Brisbane, I was working in Indonesia.

But then 19 years ago, I cannot imagine myself driving around Brisbane on a scooter without a licence.

Your book will have a place in our house forever and I will make sure all of my children read it.

My concept in life is that no matter what your career path you have chosen you must have a comprehensive education in the real estate business.

Once again Peter, thank you for the education, I will wait for your next book with anticipation.
