The coaching candidate will stay with Peter Huang personally for 5 hours, watching him how to conduct his real life daily meetings from 8am,see how efficient to make or take phone calls, how to manage and resolve the complex organizational issue and how to prospect, negotiate or close deals etc, if applicable. The Coaching Candidate will generally not interrupt Peter’s normal work, not asking any questions during the day except when he’s driving, during his morning‐tea walk and at lunch.
This coaching session will include 4 hours observation from 8am‐12 noon, and then Peter will invite the candidate for lunch from 12 noon - 1pm.
The investment = $300+GST per hour, total of 5 hours.
Intensive one on one coaching in person
The coaching candidate can choose to have one –on‐one coaching with Peter Huang. During this time, the candidate can ask any questions, from best prospecting, marketing, negotiating strategies as an agent, to best investment secrets or strategies as an investor, to how to have a balanced quality of life with priority of health, family, career, wealth and hobbies through his best time management skills.
The investment: $1000+GST per hour, minimum 1 hour/session.
Weekly ongoing coaching over the phone or Skype
For those regional, interstate or overseas coaching candidates, they may choose this weekly ongoing coaching to monitor the programme and maximize the result. Peter Huang will call the coaching candidate at a pre‐fixed time each week for 15 minutes to go through the KPI and any questions the candidate might have. The candidate will need to email the weekly KPI 1 day prior to the teleconference or video conference.
Fee: $15,000+GST per year (Pre‐paid for one year).

The investment: $5000‐$20,000 + GST for 1 hour including travel and accommodation expenses, depending on the nature and size of the audience.
