The 2009 Q400 List highlighted the top 400 private companies in Queensland. YONG Real Estate is once again proud to have made it on the list rising from its previous ranking at No. 74 to now No. 58. Other leading real estate companies in Queensland have also made it on the list, some of which have been in business for 50-100 years, while YONG Real Estate continues to hold the highest ranking amongst the real estate sector since 2003 after being in the business from only 1995.
YONG Real Estate has continued its rapid growth in Queensland and now has 13 franchised and company owned office with a master franchise also signed up in NSW. The founder of YONG, Peter Huang, has set a target to make Yong the largest real estate network in the world, potentially employing over 300,000 people in the future. Mr Huang is planning to launch the YONG brand in China next year.
