The whole evening was a success with around $24,000 funds raised to support a worthy cause. The table from members of the ACCC (Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce) donated a total $1400 including $700 from the YONG Foundation. The YONG Foundation also donated another $5000 directly to support the event, making the YONG foundation’s total contribution $5700 for the evening.

The YONG Foundation is a charity foundation set up by YONG founder, Peter Huang, to support research of cancer and diseases affecting the elderly, women and children as well as significant natural disasters.

20.2% of YONG Real Estate’s franchise gross revenue in Queensland will be donated to the foundation. For interstate and overseas where there is a master franchise involved, 51.3% of the gross revenue income received by the Franchisor will be donated to the charity foundation. As an ethical brand, YONG is always aiming to give more back to the community.
