The YONG Real Estate Group is about to massively expand its current franchises.
Michel Iwaniuk previously trading as ‘Options Property West’ Is in the process of opening YONG South West Franchise.
The office will be centrally located in the Inala Town Centre giving him the opportunity to continue to service his existing clients and at the same time bring a new level of service to the Inala area.
Michel is an award winning salesperson having achieved Premier Sales Status in 2008/2009 as well as several other real estate sales awards.
Rod White the Chief Operating Officer for YONG International said that he was very impressed with Michel’s professional approach to the opening of the new business. The amount of effort that Michel has put into researching and planning will deliver a highly successful and professional office for not only Inala but the whole South West Region.
He was previously Sales Manager of Ray White Redbank Plains and recently purchased the Ray White Inala office and converted it to Yong South West
Mr Elliott Joo, who has been both a successful real estate salesperson and a successful lawyer, has purchased the company owned YONG Mt Gravatt/Garden City.
