Caboolture real estate agency principal John McNaught has switched his agency to YONG Real Estate.
YONG Caboolture/Morayfield will start to operate at 24 King St, Caboolture but will offer more services. YONG Chief Operations Officer Rod White said the new agency would continue to provide sales and management services.
But Mr White said that the facilities provided by the YONG network would allow the new agency to build a strong commercial division.
While YONG was a Queensland-based and Australian-owned real estate franchise group, Mr White said its Asian connections would give clients the chance to expose their properties to that rapidly expanding market.
Mr McNaught, a former Caboolture Shire councillor and professional soldier, was formerly a Ray White franchisee.
