Rodney started his real estate career as a salesman for LJ Hooker Redcliffe. He was promoted to manager of the Margate office, then when the owners of those offices experienced some difficulties and looked like losing their franchise Rod, along with a partner, took over the LJ Hooker Margate franchise and opened a brand new office.

This rapidly grew to become an award winning office. Rod eventually sold out to his partner and decided to expand his skills by joining Raine & Horne Qld Corporate office. After 4 years he left and started his own Compliance Auditing Business and ran that for 8 years. He has since closed that business and has brought that experience and skill to YONG Real Estate.

Diane joined her husband, Peter Huang, in Australia after the official opening of YONG Real Estate. Since then, Diane has become an integral part of the YONG Group, in particular ensuring the smooth management of the administration, property management and finance team among the whole network.

While living in China, Diane successfully completed a Master Degree and has combined her practical knowledge and experience to fill her role as chairwoman and CFO for the YONG Group.

Alanna began her career at YONG in 2002 as CEO Peter Huang's Personal Assistant. She then progressed to Chief Assistant and has since advanced to be Office Manager / Global Six Star Service Manager for the YONG Group. Having gained many years experience through working in various roles within the company, she has a thorough knowledge of the day to day running of a real estate business.

Alanna's role in the YONG Group is to assist in effectively managing and administratively supporting the assembling of new real estate offices. She always aims to provide a high level of service to our clients, colleagues and franchisees.

Tina joined YONG Real Estate as the Sales Manager, after a successful career in the industry within LJ Hooker franchise group.

Originally from Romania, Tina arrived in Australia in 1993 when she began her real estate career. She is married, with one son, and she has been a local resident for many years.

Tina enjoys the variety in her work and she aims to give a professional environment that meets with the needs of both the seller and buyer. Her goal is providing the highest possible level of service to her clients.
